The 8th Annual Santa's Helpers Market runs Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. Last year's market drew over 600 attendees in a smaller space with limited parking, and this year the venue will help advertise the show on its electronic billboard. Vendors get one parking voucher by mail, general admission guests pay a 10 dollar parking fee, and exhibitor setup runs from 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Located in Downtown Mukwonago during Midnight Magic the Christmas parade will start at 3:00PM. It is a great way to get your Business/Organization/School involved in the community.
Registration: $25 fee per parade entry-There is a nominal entry fee of $25 for all businesses and organizations. This fee helps to defray a portion of the permit fees & other costs to host this great community event.

MIDNIGHT MAGIC
Saturday, December 5th, 2026
We are pleased to have your organization participate in our 34th Annual Midnight Magic Parade.
The parade is held rain, snow, or shine. The Chamber will provide the ONLY SANTA in the parade.
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSIDER MAKING A FLOAT! FLOATS STAND OUT IN THE PARADE AND GIVE YOUR ORGANIZATION MORE ATTENTION!
The following guidelines have been set for the safety and cleanliness of our 2026 parade:
1. All organizations need to sign the enclosed waiver releasing the Chamber from any liability and complete the registration form. This form is DUE Tues, NOV. 24th, 2026
2. All vehicles in the parade must be able to show proof of insurance upon request.
3. PARADE ASSEMBLY APPLIES TO ALL PARTICIPANTS IN YOUR UNIT
Assembly Time Starts: SAT, DEC 5th, 2026, at 1:30pm – Parade steps off at 3pm.
Location: The Main Staging Area will be at Rivercrest Court.
Floats and Vehicles: Enter Rivercrest Court and check in with parade staff. Only vehicles in the parade will be allowed in the staging area.
Dropping off Parade Participants: Park or drop off in Napa Automotive Parts parking lot. Enter lots at Hwy ES. No long-term parking is available at this site. DROP OFF ONLY. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Rotary Club Volunteers in orange vests will help direct you. Please be sure your participants know which group they are with. For example, we have several Girl Scout Troops, make sure your participant mentions their school and/or troop number.
Float Identification: A number sign is provided on the day of the parade. Display the number clearly at the front of your unit.
Rules: Do not throw anything from moving vehicles. All vehicles in the parade must be able to show proof of insurance upon request. All dogs in parade must be leashed and vaccinated.
End of Parade: The parade ends at the Mukwonago Community Library; all participants must be picked up at that location. Please communicate these guidelines (especially those dropping off walkers) to the appropriate members in your organization.
Friendly Reminder: Please drive down the center of the road.
We appreciate your cooperation. Those that fail to comply with these guidelines will not be invited to participate in future years.

You have the opportunity to display/sell your business and wares indoors at Mukwonago High School. Midnight Magic is a village wide, highly advertised event drawing 3,000+ shoppers.
Spaces are offered on a "first-come" basis pending Midnight Magic Committee approval. Food Vendors must supply a Certificate of Business insurance with application and payment to be approved. Your application and deposit hold's your booth space. The Marketplace fills quickly, so register soon.
Booths will be 10ft by 10ft in the MHS West gym. Limited wall and corner spaces available.
Vendors may begin setting up at 7AM on Saturday, December 5th. Take Down begins at 4PM on Saturday, December 5th. All vendors must be out of the building by 5PM on Saturday, December 5th. No early take down is permitted.
NOTE: No electricity is provided. No tape, staples, nails or tack on walls/doors/lockers/etc. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. Each vendor is responsible for their own set-up, takedown and clean-up.
$20 deposits will be refunded the day of December 5th at 4PM, for each booth that remains open until 4PM.
Raffle Donations: vendors are encouraged to donate one of their special items for the marketplace raffle. A minimum value of $20 is requested. Please attach your business card to each item donated. bring your items to check in on December 5th.
There are no refunds (booth fee or deposit) for any reason. An email will be sent with booth number, parking information, etc. prior to the event.
Madison's Fair Trade Holiday Festival takes place December 5, 2026, from 8 am to 3 pm at Monona Terrace, next door to the Dane County Farmers Market. Vendors are vetted to ensure their goods are ethically and humanely produced, offering holiday shoppers fair trade gift options.

The Menomonee Falls Christkindl Market is a German-style holiday market held each December at Centennial Plaza in the Menomonee Falls Downtown District.
