The all-in math,
platform by platform.
Subscription prices are only half the bill. Platform fees on vendor payments are the other half, and they're usually bigger. Every number below comes from each vendor's own published pricing.
A one-off festival, priced on every platform
A typical FestKit customer: a 100-vendor event collecting a $500 booth fee, or $50,000 in vendor payments per year. Card-processing fees (Stripe or equivalent) apply on every platform and are excluded on all rows.
| Platform | Subscription | Platform fees | All-in / year |
|---|---|---|---|
| FestKit Spotlightbeta year one: $1,384 | $549 | $1,000 (2%) | $1,549 |
| FestivalPro Entry (1 user) | $600 | $1,000 (2%) | $1,600 |
| Eventeny Starter | $720 | $1,500 (3%) | $2,220 |
| Eventeny Basic (free) | $0 | $2,500 (5%) | $2,500 |
| Unite Pay as you Go (free) | $0 | $2,500 (5%) | $2,500 |
| Unite Pro | $1,200 | $1,500 (3%) | $2,700 |
| Eventeny Plus | $1,440 | $1,500 (3%) | $2,940 |
| FestivalPro Starter (5 users) | $1,980 | $1,000 (2%) | $2,980 |
| Unite Enterprise | $3,720 | $0 (0%) | $3,720 |
OnePlan isn't in this table because it has no payments product (site planning only). Honest footnote: at very small scale (roughly $18K of vendor payments or less), the free tiers from Eventeny and Unite are cheaper all-in than any subscription, FestKit included. The table above is the scale most festivals actually run at. Verified July 2026.
A recurring market season, priced on every platform
A recurring market: 40 stalls at $25 a date across a 22-week season, or $22,000 in vendor payments per year. On FestKit the whole season is one event on one plan. Card-processing fees (Stripe or equivalent) apply on every platform and are excluded on all rows.
| Platform | Subscription | Platform fees | All-in / year |
|---|---|---|---|
| FestKit Spotlightone event covers all 22 dates | $549 | $440 (2%) | $989 |
| ShowUp (free plan)organizer pays $0 | $0 | $1,100 (5%, paid by vendors) | $1,100 |
| Zinifly Professionalpromo price; $3,576 at list | $1,428 | $0 | $1,428 |
| MarketWurksper location | $1,500 | $0 | $1,500 |
| Zinifly Enterprisepromo price; $9,576 at list | $3,828 | $0 | $3,828 |
ShowUp's row is what the market costs, not what the organizer pays: ShowUp is free to organizers and adds 5% to vendor purchases at checkout. MarketWurks' flat fee wins above roughly $47,500 a year in vendor payments. Verified August 2026.
