FestKit vs Zinifly.

Zinifly is event and vendor management for markets, street fairs, and multi-day festivals: applications, booth spaces, payments, ticketing, and day-by-day scheduling.

Zinifly is the closest competitor on the recurring story. It sells booths per day, prices days independently, and prints per-day manifests — the same shape of inventory FestKit uses.

The split is cost and surfaces. Zinifly Professional is $119 a month billed annually — $1,428 a year, against a $298 list price the promo is discounting — and caps you at 30 events a month, 750 vendors, and 3 venues. FestKit is $549 for the event, all season, plus 2% on what you actually collect: about $989 on a $22,000 market, and no caps to count.

Zinifly's published Professional and Enterprise prices are promotional ("Special Price — Save 50%") against $298 and $798 per month list. A lower Starter tier exists but its price was not on the pricing page at the time of writing. Zinifly charges a market commission on its online shopping product, which is separate from booth fees.

All-in cost for a market season

A recurring market: 40 stalls at $25 a date across a 22-week season, or $22,000 in vendor payments per year. On FestKit the whole season is one event on one plan. Card-processing fees (Stripe or equivalent) apply on every platform and are excluded on all rows.

Where FestKit wins

  • Lower all-in cost on a typical market: about $989 against $1,428, and the gap widens sharply if Zinifly's promotional pricing returns to its $298 list.
  • No plan caps to manage: Professional limits you to 30 events a month, 750 vendors, and 3 venues. FestKit charges per event and counts nothing else.
  • A georeferenced site plan, not a floor-plan canvas. Zinifly's venue builder draws booths on an abstract multi-floor layout; FestKit draws them at real-world coordinates on a satellite basemap, so the public map can show a shopper where they are standing.
  • A permanent company record per vendor: cross-event history, participation, ratings, and private review notes instead of a fresh spreadsheet each season.

Where Zinifly is a better fit

  • You want ticketing and vendor management in one tool — Zinifly includes a ticketing system, FestKit does not sell tickets.
  • You run many separate events across many venues: at 10 venues and 90 events a month, a flat Enterprise fee can beat per-event pricing.
  • You want automated vendor payouts and an online shopping product alongside the market itself.
