Common questions
- Is the free account really free?
- Yes. Searching the map, saving events, tracking applications, deadline reminders, the weekly digest and your public profile cost nothing and never ask for a card.
- Does Vendor Pro help me get accepted?
- Organizers decide on the application, and they never see who pays for Pro. What Pro changes is timing: you hear about a matching event the moment it opens, while the good dates are still there.
- Can I apply to any event I find?
- Events that take applications through FestKit have an Apply button and you apply right there. Events that run applications on the organizer's own site link out to it; FestKit keeps your record of that application, but the application itself happens on their site.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and your season, applications and profile stay exactly as they are.
