About
The story
FestKit started the same way every good tool does: from frustration. We've planned festivals, managed vendor logistics, and watched teams scramble with spreadsheets, paper maps, and disconnected tools that never talked to each other.
The site plan lived in one app. Vendor assignments lived in another. The attendee map was a PDF someone exported last Tuesday. When the layout changed (and it always changed) you updated three places and hoped nothing fell through.
So we built the tool we wish existed: one platform where the map is the source of truth, vendors are tied to physical locations, and attendees get a live, interactive experience, all from the same data.
How we build
We don't build generic tools. FestKit is purpose-built for festivals: the workflows, the chaos, the last-minute changes. If it doesn't serve festival organizers, it doesn't ship.
The same data powers your team's plan, your vendors' assignments, and your attendees' map. Change it once, it updates everywhere. No exports, no re-entry, no drift.
We're a small team shipping fast. Beta means you get direct access to the people building the product, and real influence over what comes next.
Simple until proven otherwise. Every feature starts minimal and grows based on real usage, not hypothetical requirements. We'd rather do three things well than ten things poorly.
