How do I rent flea market booths across recurring show dates?

Add a date block for each show date, then sell booths per date or as a season bundle. A dealer holding the same booth all season is recorded as one booking per date, so payments and no-shows stay attributable to the right show.

Can vendors book a whole season instead of one date at a time?

Yes. In FestKit a booth on a specific date is the unit you sell, so you can bundle every date of the season into one offer with a single price, or publish one offer per date and let vendors pick. Many organizers list both (a season pass and a drop-in day rate), and the same booth stays correctly available for whichever dates are unsold.

Can dealers pay for the whole season at once?

Yes. A season offer bundles every show date into a single price and a single payment, while single-show offers stay available for dealers who only want one weekend.

What stops two vendors from booking the same booth on the same day?

Every booth-date is held the moment a vendor starts checkout, so it disappears from the public listing while they pay. Checkout holds last 24 hours and approval holds last 3 days; if payment does not land, the hold expires and the booth returns to the pool automatically.

One system, every audience

The same event, purpose-built for each job

Organizers + staff
Plan it, then run it on-site
Draw stalls, power, entrances, and walkways to scale on your real location. Use audience-specific layers and notes to turn that same plan into a staff map for load-in and day-of operations.
Vendors
Apply, pay, done. On a phone.
Vendors apply to the opportunity that fits, upload their permit, and pay at the point you choose: with the application, or once you approve them. They keep a link back to their own page to edit details or settle a balance later.
Attendees
The same map, for your shoppers
Your site plan becomes a browser-based public map: search a vendor, find the nearest restroom, see today's lineup, and receive live announcements. Real coordinates let attendees see where they are on the site.

What breaks without it

Dealers who hold the same space every show, mixed with one-off sellers
Space maps redrawn per show instead of reused
Cash-only booth fees with no record
No way to publish what is still available before a show

How FestKit handles flea and antique markets

Standing spaces, tracked per show

A dealer who takes the same space every month is a booking per date, so their history and payments stay itemized rather than merged.

One map, reused

Draw the field or hall once; each show date carries its own occupancy on top of it.

Fees collected before the gate

Take booth fees online in advance, with the balance visible per show rather than per dealer.

A public list that sells the gaps

Unsold spaces can be listed publicly with the dates they are open, so late dealers can fill them without a phone call.

Ways to sell it

Price the season, the weekend, or the day

A booth on a date is the unit you sell. Bundle every date into one price, or publish them individually. The same booths stay correctly available across both.

Season of shows
Every show date, one booking
Single show booth
One weekend at a time
Double space
Larger footprints priced separately
