Common questions

What's an event slot?

One event slot = one festival or event. Spotlight, Showcase, and Flagship each include one slot per year. Need to run multiple events? The Producers plan includes 12 slots.

How does email volume work?

Each plan includes a yearly email allowance for vendor broadcasts — personalized emails to your vendors with updates, reminders, load-in instructions, etc. If you exceed your limit, overage emails are charged at $10 per 1,000 emails ($0.01 each), billed to your card on file when you confirm the send.

Can I upgrade mid-year?

Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

What does the beta discount include?

Beta users get 30% off their first year on any plan. You'll also get direct access to our team and influence over what we build next.

What happens if I go over my email limit?

No emails get blocked. When you send a broadcast that exceeds your plan's included volume, we'll show you the overage cost before you confirm — $10 per 1,000 emails ($0.01 each). The charge is billed to your card on file immediately, and your broadcast goes out as normal.

What's the AI vendor inbox?

An AI-powered inbox that reads incoming vendor emails — applications, questions, logistics requests — and drafts context-aware replies for you to review and send. It learns your event details and past responses so replies stay consistent. Available on Showcase, Flagship, and Producers plans.

What's the event feed?

A real-time notification board for your event. Post alerts, schedule changes, and messages that appear instantly on the attendee map and staff map. Every plan includes the event feed. It's essential for day-of communication.

What does 'whitelabel' mean?

On Flagship and Producers plans, your attendee-facing maps show your brand: your logo, your colors, no FestKit branding visible to your audience.
