The 10th Annual New Braunfels Dia de Los Muertos Festival is a free, single-day cultural celebration held in Downtown New Braunfels, TX on October 17, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The event features 100+ vendors of arts, crafts, and cultural food, three live music stages, mariachis, folklorico and Aztec dancers, a procession parade, a community ofrenda, kids activities, and an art exhibition. Organized by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the festival honors the traditions of Dia de Los Muertos while supporting local scholarships and community programs.

Wurstfest is an annual 10-day celebration of German culture and Texas fun held near the headwaters of the Comal River in New Braunfels, Texas. The City of New Braunfels invites residents to honor local veterans at this year’s Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony, beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, in downtown. The event will begin with a ceremony on Main Plaza at 9am, immediately followed by the New Braunfels Veterans Day Parade. The celebratory parade will feature local veterans’ organizations, community floats, non-profit groups, and more.
