Wurstfest 2026 runs November 6 to 15 in New Braunfels, near the headwaters of the Comal River. The ten day German heritage celebration features live music, dancing, carnival rides and games, and German, Texan and domestic beer alongside Alpine and Bavarian style entertainment.
