Wurstfest is an annual 10-day celebration of German culture and Texas fun held near the headwaters of the Comal River in New Braunfels, Texas. Attendees enjoy good food, music, dancing, carnival rides and games, German and domestic beer, and Alpine and Bavarian style entertainment. It is billed as 'the best ten days in sausage history.'
