Taste of Fort Collins moves to September 26 and 27, 2026, shifting from its usual early June date to bring cooler fall weather to the festival. Single-day admission runs noon to 9 pm Saturday and noon to 8 pm Sunday and includes a concert plus access to food and business vendors, with day-of tickets priced at $40 and VIP tickets, which add a private bar and front-of-stage access, at $65.

The Salt Road Brewing Holiday Market filled the taproom at 321 Old Firehouse Alley in Fort Collins with local makers and gift vendors alongside craft beer. The most recent installment ran Saturday, December 13, 2025, from noon to 5 p.m., with free, family friendly admission.
