Let's Roc Market holds an indoor holiday market on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 10 am to 4 pm at Eagle Vale Golf Club on Nine Mile Point Road in Fairport, described as one of the group's busiest events of the year. Each vendor gets space for a 6-foot table and up to two chairs, with a 90 dollar fee and only limited electrical outlets available on a first come basis. Setup begins at 8 am with staggered arrival times, and breakdown starts only when the event coordinator gives the word at 4 pm.

There is a $100 vendor fee that will be charged upon acceptance. Vendors will be selected by late September, so please ensure you have adequate funds in your linked account, as we are unable to accept your application if not.
The vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any and all circumstances. If you are accepted and your brand is unable to vend, unfortunately you will forfeit your spot.
What kinds of vendors are we looking for?For this market, we are looking for vendors of all kinds to put together a curated experience for holiday shoppers! Outside food and alcohol is not permitted at this event, since Johnson's Landing provides their own. Bakeries are welcome on a case-by-case basis under AVA Collective's jurisdiction
What is included in the $100 vendor fee?An 8'x4' space with two chairs and a table upon request will provided for each vendor. In addition, this fee includes logistical communication, event organization, and social media marketing from AVA Collective.
All vendors must have their own NYS Sales Tax ID and Certificate of Authority in order to vend. AVA Collective is not responsible for any artisan that fails to meet these necessary requirements.

MineolaXLiPopUp runs the Mineola Village Holiday Festival across several December weekends at Mineola Memorial Park, with vendors booking a specific weekend such as December 5 and 6 or December 12 and 13, 2026. NYS Maple Producers Association - Enjoy Maple Weekend in New York, March 16-24 Visit a NYS maple producer farm for a delicious, fun-filled outing that has a little something for all maple-lovers to taste and experience. Maple Weekend is a chance for the public to come to the farm to learn about New York’s maple sugarmaking processes and traditions and to provide a chance to taste pure maple syrup in its many forms – right from the source.
