The Holdrege Craft Show is an annual November craft fair at the Phelps County Agricultural Building, bringing together more than 60 artisans, crafters and food and drink vendors from across Nebraska. It is run by Holdrege Craft Show LLC, owned and coordinated by Sierra Burrows, and the 2026 event will be its 14th year. Past editions have run from 9 am to 3 pm with a wide range of homemade crafts alongside coffee and food vendors.

Chadron Festival of Quilts has partnered with Panhandle Blocks Quilts of Valor! They are encouraging any quilt attendees and other area quilters to donate at least one block for the project. The blocks will be collected at April's Quilt Event; these blocks will be sent out to the Quilt of Valor group to be assembled for Nebraska Veterans. Any style, pattern, or combination of colors; must be USA Flag Colors: Red, White, and Blue . Your project will be sent into Quilt of Valor Block Drive to be used for the next Veteran's Quilt for Nebraska. The size of the individual block will be 12 1/2" unfinished.
