Adams County Fairfest runs July 15 through 19, 2026, at the Adams County Fairgrounds in Hastings. The fairgrounds offers several vendor tracks for the week, including Fairfest food vendors, a craft and vendor show, and outside vendors, alongside separate vendor forms for the Oregon Trail Rodeo and Kool-Aid Days held at the same grounds.
