Decorate a palm tree as a resident or business for $20. Get your palm assignment and pay at MetalArtz in Vilano Beach during business hours between November 21st-24th. Decorating of the palms will begin on November 21st and end on November 30th. Public voting will begin on December 1st and end on December 14th.
