Vendor hereby assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage that may be incurred arising from Vendor’s operations at Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners locations premises, including but not limited to use of Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Melrose Community Farmers' Market meets Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m. at Heritage Park on Bellamy Avenue, also known as SR 26, in Melrose. It's a primary producers only market, with most vendors coming from within 10 miles of the park, selling produce, house plants, baked goods, outdoor furniture, metal crafts, jewelry, honey, eggs, catfish and smoked mullet to the sound of local musicians.
