The Utah State Fair runs each September at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City, with the 2026 fair open September 10 through 20. Attractions include Utah's Own PRCA Rodeo, a demolition derby, a monster truck show, live music, competitive exhibits in fine arts and agriculture, 4-H and FFA livestock, and the Butter Cow. Commercial and food vendors lease 10 by 10 foot booths in the Grand and Deseret buildings or outdoor sections, though 2026 vendor applications are already closed with 2027 applications opening in March.
