The Downtown Farmers Market in Salt Lake City runs Saturdays from June 6 through October 24, 8 am to 2 pm, at Pioneer Park. Vendors sell fresh seasonal produce such as arugula, green onions, spinach and tomatoes, along with beef, eggs, honey, yogurt and local coffee.

The Midway Farmer's Market runs every Saturday, June through October, from 10 am to 2 pm, at Midway Town Square in Midway, Utah.

SNAP tokens can be used for any SNAP-eligible foods such as eggs, cheese, meats, bread, etc. Double Up Tokens can be used to purchase unprocessed, locally-grown fruits and vegetables There are many free parking locations near Pioneer Park and around Downtown Provo. Parking in residential permit areas is prohibited. Help us be good neighbors to the residents by avoiding parking in the adjacent neighborhood as well. Larry’s Produce : Larry Proctor has been our long standing produce vendor for many years, and he is joining us once more. We look forward to his produce every year and hope you do as well. Millcreek Olive Oil Company : Several years back, Millcreek Olive Oil was a frequent vendor at the People’s Market/9th West Farmers Market. They now have a shop now, but are still a part of the market family. This season we will have their products for sale online and at the market booth on Sundays. Salsitas Mendoza : Handmade chips and salsas, utilizing as much local produce as possible, and extremely delicious. New Roots SLC operates 2 farmers markets in Salt Lake County centering refugee and immigrant farmers and food businesses. The markets are fresh food resources rooted in the communities they serve. Each market focuses on locally grown fruits and vegetables, the sharing of community resources, and is a space for new businesses to learn best practices for direct to consumer sales. New Roots farmers markets are spaces for all to learn about health, nutrition, and overall wellness for the whole family. New Roots farmers markets participate in Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) which offers a discount to customers who shop with their SNAP/EBT cards (food stamps). Customers shopping with their EBT cards can stop by the token booth when they arrive at the market. The Brigham City Farmers Market sets up in the Bill of Rights Plaza in the heart of historic downtown, running each Saturday from June 21 through October 11, except during Peach Days weekend. Hours are 3 to 7 pm, with local farm and orchard products, artisan goods, food trucks and live music under the plaza's chestnut trees. New vendors apply online through the market's portal, pay a small application fee, and are automatically accepted if they sell agricultural products.
