The Bluff City Family Committee holds its Christmas Market on November 21, 2026, from 11 am to 4 pm at the Impact Community Center gymnasium, the old Bluff City Middle School building at 337 Carter Street. Vendors set up between 9 and 10 am and are asked to stay the full event, bringing their own tables and chairs. The group runs similar seasonal markets throughout the year, including a fall festival and a farmers market from May through October.

A Dickens Christmas transforms Historic Downtown Covington into a Victorian holiday scene on Saturday, December 6, from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday, December 7, from noon to 4 pm, with a community Christmas tree lighting at 4:30 pm on the courthouse lawn. Free activities include costumed characters, carolers, a visiting Town Crier and storytime with Father Christmas.
