The Oregon Chocolate Festival returns for its 23rd year, running March 5–7, 2027 in Ashland, Oregon. The three-day event brings together chocolatiers, winemakers, and flavor creators for tastings, pairings, and chocolate-themed dining experiences. This year's theme is 'The Art of Chocolate,' featuring vendor showcases, family activities, and evening events.
