It offers a $5 to $10 SNAP Match for shoppers and a free community booth, and since 2025 has added a monthly Winter Indoor Market at Classic Foods.

Our Saturday and Tuesday Farmers Markets are held at the Farmers Market Pavilion & Plaza at 85 E 8th Ave (corner of 8th Ave & Oak St) in downtown Eugene. In the Parcade and Overpark parking garages located downtown, the first hour is free on weekdays and there is all-day free parking on the weekends , except during signed events. The Wallowa Valley Festival of the Arts, in its 43rd year, runs September 18 through 20, 2026, in Joseph, Oregon, hosted by the Josephy Center for Arts & Culture. The juried show spans painting, sculpture and photography, offering $4,000 in cash prizes plus an En Plein Air Competition for the first 50 registered artists worth over $3,000 more.
