The Myrtle Avenue BID sponsors special events, giveaways, and coordinated advertising for promotional periods. Flyers, sale cards, and surveys are distributed to Myrtle Avenue businesses throughout the year. A variety of businesses donate gift certificates for Lucky Shopper raffles and participate in the Employee Discount Card Program. The Bellmore Lions Club presents the Flea Market at the Belmore Train Station Parking Lot (B-2) located just north of Sunrise Hwy. just west of Bellmore Ave. (across the street from King Kullen Supermarket). On behalf of the Bellmore Lions’ Club and our partner Congregation Beth Ohr (“CBO”) , we would like to thank everyone that worked together to make this a successful flea market season. After having been closed from April through June, we were permitted to re-open in July and offered the selling/shopping experience that we have been accustomed to for many years. The Greenburgh Arts and Culture Committee, together with Greenburgh Parks and Recreation and the Nature Center at Greenburgh, runs this annual outdoor market at Presser Park in Hartsdale. Artists and crafters in any medium can showcase and sell work, but each vendor must also offer visitors a hands-on or interactive component. The next edition is set for May 15, 2027, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Enjoy all this historic neighborhood has to offer including one-of-a kind shops, unique dining experiences, and all types of amazing salons and services. This year’s stroll along Park will include local artisans and showcase the uniqueness of the avenue. There will be fun activities and events for all! The Graham Avenue Fiesta is an annual street festival run by the Graham Avenue Business Improvement District along Graham Avenue, also called the Avenue of Puerto Rico, from Boerum Street to Broadway in Williamsburg. The most recent edition, its 21st, ran Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm with vendors, community groups and local businesses spread along the closed street.

The NECC Millerton Farmers Market runs every Saturday from May 16 through November 28, 10 am to 2 pm, at 6 Dutchess Avenue in Millerton, giving shoppers a regular weekly stop for local goods through most of the year.

The Nyack Famous Street Fair is one of several street fairs PJ's Promotions runs in Nyack each year, drawing over 300 exhibitors of arts, crafts, retail, home decor, gifts and festival food along Main, Cedar and Broadway streets. The 2026 Nyack schedule includes fairs in May, July and October, each running 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with booth fees from 135 dollars for a Cedar Street spot up to 550 dollars for spaces over 20 feet.

The Smithtown Spring Craft Fair runs May 23 and 24, 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm on the Smithtown Historical Society grounds, with free parking and admission. It brings together arts, crafts and new merchandise vendors alongside food trucks and live entertainment in 10 by 10 foot spaces on grass or gravel. A single day booth costs 100 dollars, both days cost 180 dollars, and a non merchandise sponsor space runs 700 dollars.
