This convention, now called the New York Blood and Ink Tattoo & Horror Convention, runs October 2 through 4, 2026, at the Westchester County Center in White Plains. It brings together tattoo artists and piercers, vendors, sideshow acts and musical performances, along with a Miss Inked pageant and daily tattoo contests. Kids 12 and under, veterans, police, fire and EMS get in free.

The Fair is from 10am until 4pm at the High School and all are welcome! Admission is FREE . We estimate the attendance to be between about 500 people. The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival runs June 6 and 7, 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm at Tibbits Park, with free admission. Now in its 50th-plus year, the show features paintings, photography, ceramics, glasswork, jewelry and textiles, along with emerging artist displays, a children's art workshop and food vendors.
