Plagued by vandalism: intentional and accidental, fallen into disrepair due to funding shortages, the HPNA is spearheading a fountain redesign. The HPNA worked with Aquatic Arts in 2025 to develop a solution that responds to the vandalism and durability. But, it is only one of the options we believe are possible. Please complete this short survey for the HPNA to determine what solution the residents and visitors would like to see. The HPNA believes that the complete redesign is the best choice, alas it is the most expensive. In an effort to ease that burden the HPNA applied for a grant to cover its cost. This farmers market runs every Sunday from May 3 through November 22, 10 am to 2 pm rain or shine, at Riverview-Fisk Park, 498 Palisade Ave in Jersey City Heights. Each August it hosts the Perfect Peach Pie and Cobbler Contest, marking its 13th year on August 2, and the market accepts SNAP and EBT benefits.
