The Nebraska Holiday Market made it's debut in the Lincoln community on November 24th and was held at the Sandhills Global Event Center. The event hosted over 50 local small business vendors and sponsors & was in support of the People's City Mission. Twelve fully decorated mini 5' Christmas Trees were raffled off,
Love, The Locals holds its Holiday Market on Sunday, December 6, from 10 am to 5 pm at Canoyer Garden Center in Lincoln, preceded by a Sip and Shop on Saturday, December 5, from 6 to 9 pm. The event gathers local makers selling handmade goods in a community setting.
The Lancaster County Super Fair, Nebraska's largest county fair, runs July 29 through August 7, 2027, with 10 days of exhibits, competitions, a demo derby and bull riding plus a midway of rides and games. Newer additions include the Great American Ribfest, a 3 day barbecue festival with live music and cooking demonstrations, and a Hispanic Festival held during the run.
