The Missouri State Fair returns August 12 through 22, 2027, in Sedalia. Alongside competitions, livestock exhibits and grandstand entertainment, the fair supports a hunger relief effort. The 2026 fair's Missouri Farmers Care Foundation Drive to Feed Kids provided 825,196 meals for families in need.
