The Harvest Festival is an expanded version of the Saturday Farmers’ Market. It’s one of our biggest days of the year with 200 vendors including farmers, food producers, makers, artisans, and food trucks. The day will be filled with vendor demos, carnival games, extra live music, a parade, a rock climbing wall, family-friendly activities, and plenty of fun for shoppers and vendors all to celebrate the summer harvest. The Tuesday evening market is a festive event with local shopping options and plenty of prepared foods and drinks for your Tuesday evening dinner in Tower Grove Park. Shop local foods and wares and enjoy a picnic in lovely Francis Park. The market is tucked next to the Rockwell Beer Garden where you can enjoy cold drinks and wood-fired pizza.
The North City Farmers' Market started in 2007 and moved in 2016 to the 13th Street Community Garden in the 2700 block of North 13th Street in St. Louis. It is open Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to noon, May 3 through October 3, with neighbors harvesting organic produce from the garden to offer free or by donation.

The Great Forest Park Balloon Race is a free two-day event held annually in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri since 1973, making it the second oldest balloon race in the United States. The 54th annual edition takes place September 18-19, 2026, featuring the Balloon GLOW on Friday evening and the Hare-and-Hound-Style Race on Saturday afternoon. The event welcomes 50 top hot air balloon pilots and thousands of spectators, along with food trucks, fireworks, parachute demonstrations, and live entertainment.
The Best of Missouri Market runs October 9 through 11, 2026, at the Missouri Botanical Garden, 4344 Shaw Boulevard in St. Louis, with a members-only shopping hour Saturday from 8 to 9 am. More than 150 vendors sell handcrafted goods, local food, wine, beer and spirits, and live music plays throughout the weekend. General admission is $18, with a Kids' Corner featuring a petting zoo and pumpkin decorating on Friday.
The Historic Shaw Art Fair takes place October 10 and 11, 2026, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm, along Flora Place and Tower Grove Avenue in St. Louis. Now in its 34th season since the Shaw Neighborhood Improvement Association started the fair in 1993, it features 120 artists across media from ceramics to sculpture, plus food, music and a school art gallery. Weekend passes cost $8 in advance or $10 at the gate, with kids 14 and under free.

Taste of Soulard runs Saturday and Sunday, January 30 and 31, 2027, from 11 am to 5 pm throughout the Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. For $37, a voucher booklet includes 6 food vouchers and 1 drink voucher redeemable at participating restaurants and bars along a self-guided tasting route, plus Saturday trolley rides between stops.
The Bud Light Grand Parade rolls through the Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, on February 6 as a centerpiece of the 2027 Soulard Mardi Gras calendar. The parade weekend also includes the Bud Light Party Tent, a Blues Alumni Experience and a Party Zone, building toward Fat Tuesday on February 9.
Cherokee Street's Cinco de Mayo Festival, a free St. Louis event normally featuring two stages of live music, a mechanical bull, Lucha Libre wrestling and more than 100 vendors selling Mexican street food and margaritas served in pineapples, has been cancelled for 2026. Organizers thanked supporters of the festival's long run on Cherokee Street.
