Douglass Loop Farmers Market operates as a non-profit outreach mission of Douglass Boulevard Christian Church to support our stakeholders, the local farmers practicing sustainable agriculture and providing organic products, customers of the market, the local community and the church which advocates for a healthy lifestyle and concern for the environment. The church does not derive any income from the market beyond operating expenses.
The Bardstown Road Farmers' Market runs Saturdays year round in Louisville, with hours from 9 am to noon April through November and 10 am to noon December through March. Operating since 1991, it hosts almost 30 vendors weekly selling local produce, pastured meats, baked goods, honey and sourdough bread.
Beechmont Open Air Market, a project of the Beechmont Neighborhood Association and Beechmont Baptist Church, held its soft opening on June 6th at Southern Parkway and Wellington in Louisville's Beechmont neighborhood. Vendors sell fresh produce, plants, herbs, eggs, honey, jams, breads, beignets, hormone free meats, pottery, jewelry, paintings and woodcrafts.

NULU Fest is an annual street festival that celebrates the culture and community of Louisville’s East Market District, also known as NULU. The festival features local food, craft beers, bourbons, vendors and live music. It is free, family-friendly and open to the public. NULU is known for its art galleries, specialty stores, antique shops and upscale restaurants. NULU Fest also supports the sustainability and growth of the area, as it showcases the local businesses and artists that make NULU unique and lively.

Photos of products submitted by accepted applicants may be used on the festival website and social media. Photos will also be taken at the festival and may be used for future communications and marketing.

The Belknap Fall Festival is a free, all-ages two-day outdoor festival held on October 9–10, 2026 in Louisville's Douglass Loop neighborhood. Via Colori Street Painting Festival is an 18th annual chalk art and vendor festival held on the Big Four Bridge lawn in Louisville's Waterfront Park. The 2026 event runs Saturday, October 24 from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday, October 25 from 10 am to 5 pm. Street painting artists create large scale chalk murals alongside craft, food and retail vendor booths, with proceeds benefiting Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana.
