The City of Lake City and MUSE will hold an evening Market in downtown Lake City.
The event will be Friday, October 16th from 5:00pm-8:30pm in Veterans Park-124 NW Veterans Street, Lake City, Fl . Most downtown shops will be open for this event. The event will have crafts, food trucks, shopping, live music, and fun. Vendor set up may begin at 4:00pm.
You are responsible for your own set up, clean up, and trash removal. We do not provide anything for your booth other than the physical ground. Tents are recommended. The sizes of the booth area is 10 X 10. Tents cannot be staked in the ground. Sand bags are recommended. You are responsible for setting up and operating your booth during the event. Please do not leave your booth unattended; we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen objects. No electricity is provided. Vendors must park in the designated area (Police Department Gravel Lot) In case of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled. Please be prepared for wind. Please make sure you use sand bags to keep the tent from flying away. The event is for all artisans. Please make sure your products are in good taste, no vulgar pictures, or profanity.
The City of Lake City does not provide liability insurance for the protection of vendors, spectators, merchants, or others involved in similar activities who participate in the event. Prior to submitting an application for review, please read the entire vendor application and then decide if your product might qualify and if you meet and adhere to the rules of the market. Obtaining the proper licenses or permits and obeying all Federal, Local, and State codes is the sole responsibility of the vendor, including any regulations of the Florida Department of Agriculture or other regulatory agencies. Please familiarize yourself with the cottage Food Law. It is your responsibility to label products and follow the Cottage Food Law Guidelines.
Food Vendors must be properly licensed with the State of Florida. Food Trucks must provide the City with their certificate of Liability Insurance with the City of Lake City listed as the additional insured. Sales tax where required by state, is the responsibility of the seller. Please no smoking in the park. We are thankful and excited you will be joining us for this Community Event.

Hometown Harvest is coming to Basecamp at Sunbridge on October 17! We are looking for fall makers to join the fun (Makers please note, this is a fall themed event).You are not charged to apply and you have 48 hours from being accepted to the market to notify us of cancellation for a refund, past the 48 hours fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Punta Gorda Fall Home and Garden Show runs October 17 through 19, 2026, at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center. It is produced by Expo Management, a company that has organized home and garden shows and senior expos since 1987, and brings together exhibitors covering home improvement, landscaping, interior design and renewable energy under one roof. Visitors can also sign up for door prizes at the entrance and with individual exhibitors.

The 10th Annual Riverwalk Fall Festival takes place October 17, 2026, from noon–4 PM at Esplanade Park in downtown Fort Lauderdale. This free community event includes pumpkin painting, games, sand art, local food trucks, and seasonal vendors. Vendor opportunities are listed at $150–$400. Season 6 of Meadows Farmers Market runs monthly from October 2026 through March 2027 at Meadows Shopping Village in Sarasota. The confirmed opening market is October 18, 2026, 10 AM–2 PM, with a Halloween theme and young entrepreneurs alongside local small businesses. Pensacola Interstate Fair runs October 22–November 1, 2026 at the Pensacola Fairgrounds, with rides, entertainment, exhibits, commercial vendors, and food concessions. Vendor applications are available for indoor commercial booths in the Main Entrance Building and outdoor midway concessions. Applications may be submitted year-round; returning vendors have first refusal and new applications are considered beginning in April. Listed indoor booth rates are $550 for 8-by-8 feet or $750 for 10-by-10 feet, plus a $300 refundable completion deposit. The Trunk or Treat Vendor Market at Deland Kia runs Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the dealership on South Woodland Boulevard. Deland Kia hands out free hot dogs, juice, water and trick or treat bags for kids, and a market of local artisans and small businesses sets up alongside the trunk or treat cars. It is organized by For the Love of Shopping LLC, and costumes are encouraged.
Whimsy Market's Ghoul's Night Out runs October 22, 2026 from 5 to 8 pm inside the Venetian Center in Leesburg, Florida. More than 40 women owned businesses set up alongside specialty drinks, live music, and food trucks. Each vendor gets one complimentary 8 foot table and two chairs, and vehicles can pull up to the building to unload before carrying items inside.
