Within the City of Panama City, there are four different Farmers' Markets: Panama City Farmers' Market, Sweetbay Farmers' Market, Glenwood Farmers' Market and St. Andrews Farmers' Market.

The Audubon Park Community Market sets up Monday nights in front of Stardust Video and Coffee, in the Audubon Park Garden District of Orlando. It draws a mix of local makers, farmers, gardeners, fishmongers, ranchers, craftsmen and artisans.

Tallahassee Downtown Market brings local farmers, artisans, and bakers to Ponce de Leon Park each Saturday from March through November. Approved vendors receive a vendor ID before reserving a space, and regular Saturday participation costs a flat $35 per market.

Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising from the Vendors operations at Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners locations premises or any Farmers Market event, including but not limited to use and occupancy of Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners, equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. Vendor hereby assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage that may be incurred arising from Vendor’s operations at Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners locations premises, including but not limited to use of Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. In case any action is brought against any indemnified party, and it notifies the indemnifying party of the commencement thereof, the indemnifying party will be entitled to participate in the action, and, after notice from the indemnifying party to the indemnified party, to assume the defense of the action and appoint counsel. In the event the indemnifying party elects to assume the defense of any suit or other action, the indemnified party may retain additional counsel but the indemnified party shall bear the fees and expenses of any additional counsel.
