5 Vendor spaces available at the Brickell Run Club. This partnership is aimed at establishing a positive experience for the runners and also having vendors market their items and promotional materials. We prefer vendors to give out free items using these locations as a marketing opportunity (it is not recommended to sell any items, however we do have companies that sell items as well).

Insurance is recommended. If something happens which requires use of insurance, the vendor will take sole responsibility for the incident. Brickell Run Club, Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s affiliates will not be held responsible for any incident.
Indemnification. Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold and save Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s locations respective officers, directors, agents and employees (together, the “Indemnified Parties”), harmless from any and all claims, suits, demands, debts, undertakings or proceedings of any kind or nature, whether meritorious or frivolous, in any way arising out of the Vendor’s use of the Space, including liability caused in whole or in part by the Indemnified Parties. Vendor shall, at its own expense, appear, defend, and pay all attorneys’ fees and all costs and other expenses arising therefrom or incurred in connection therewith; and, if any judgment shall be rendered against the Indemnified Parties in any such action, Vendor shall, at its own expense, satisfy and discharge same. This acts as the release of liability form. Vendor understands the release of liability form and hereby agrees. Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s locations, its directors, officers, employees, and agents (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from all liability whatsoever to Vendor, its employees, agents, personal representatives, contractors and subcontractors, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to person or property or resulting in death, except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners, its employees, agents, representatives, or contractors and subcontractors, while Vendor or its employees, clients, invitees, guests, agents, representatives, or contractors and subcontractors are in, upon, or about Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners locations, including use of any facilities or equipment therein. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising from the Vendors operations at Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners locations premises or any Farmers Market event, including but not limited to use and occupancy of Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners, equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. Vendor hereby assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage that may be incurred arising from Vendor’s operations at Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners locations premises, including but not limited to use of Unite Worldwide, Inc., and Unite Worldwide’s partners equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. In case any action is brought against any indemnified party, and it notifies the indemnifying party of the commencement thereof, the indemnifying party will be entitled to participate in the action, and, after notice from the indemnifying party to the indemnified party, to assume the defense of the action and appoint counsel. In the event the indemnifying party elects to assume the defense of any suit or other action, the indemnified party may retain additional counsel but the indemnified party shall bear the fees and expenses of any additional counsel. Vendor further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity language (paragraphs above) is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance of such provisions shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

We do not accept applications for food vendors for this market, but have limited spaces for dessert vendors. Feel free to submit an application to be added to our email list for other events we hold around town.
All you need for the market is your tent, table, tent weights, products, battery powered lights and a smile! Let's have a flocking good time together! There is no electricity available on site, please bring battery powered lights.

Vendor fees are due within three days of receiving the invoice. Late payments may result in risk of losing reserved space at selected Market or an additional late fee of 10%. Cancellations will be a loss of credit. We understand that life can get in the way! We have a very high demand for our market with limited space availability, so be sure to let us know if you need an extra day to submit payment or if you are unable to attend so we can give our waiting list vendors a chance to join.

Miami is gearing up to host a fully sanctioned barbeque competition in partnership with the Florida Barbecue Association. This event, which promises to be a feast for the senses, is set to become a marquee occasion in our city's cultural calendar, rivaling even the esteemed Art Basel in terms of national appeal.
The barbecue competition will host an exciting grill off event on March 7th at Maurice A. Ferré Park. Teams will be judged on technique and flavor on barbecue brisket, pork, beef and chicken.
In addition to the barbecue competition there will be lots of festivities for everyone! Enjoy vendors, music entertainment and kid zone. There will be something for everyone!
