Run by Colorado Outdoor Markets, it typically draws 35 to 40 vendors selling produce, baked goods, arts and crafts, and health and wellness items. New vendors register online for 100 dollars for this single location or 160 dollars to also sell at the operator's University Hills market, plus a share of daily sales.

The Metro Denver Farmers Market operates several locations: Wednesdays at Providence Park in Sterling Ranch from June 24 to October 14, Saturdays at Southwest Plaza from May 2 to October 31 and in Lakewood from June 13 to October 3, and Sundays at Highlands Ranchs Town Center from May 3 to November 1.
