Hot Springs Farmers' Market is a year-round Saturday market of local produce, baked goods, handmade goods, and art. Its vendor rules require items to be homegrown, homemade, or handcrafted, and many vendors accept SNAP benefits.

Hot Springs Farmers' Market meets every Saturday, rain or shine, at 121 Orange Street for fresh local produce, handmade goods and community activities. The market only allows vendors selling items that are 100 percent homegrown, homemade or handcrafted, with no wholesale or resale products. Many vendors accept SNAP, and the market also welcomes local youth sellers and offers free community information tables for nonprofits.

Valley of the Vapors is an international underground music festival held each March in Hot Springs, running since 2005 and known for surprise show locations such as a Waffle House and the Hot Springs Mountain Tower, plus secret shows and intimate workshops.
