Maine Maple Sunday Weekend (Statewide)

How do you determine the point at which your syrup is done? How do you measure the density of your finished product? How do you determine that it’s within Maine’s required standard? From the time the first crow flies, usually in late February, to sometime in mid April, the sparkling clear “sweetwater” flows. The Maine Maple Producers Association welcomes you to join Maine’s Maple Syrup Producers, statewide, as they celebrate Maine Maple Sunday. March 21-22 Maine maple producers will be hosting the 43rd annual Maine Maple Sunday weekend.
