City of Eustis Offices and City Hall will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026. Waste Management will be observing the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 7th. There will be no collection service on this day. View the collection schedule at the link below. The St. John's River Water Management District has issued a Phase III Extreme Water Shortage Order, which included Lake County. Restrictions include: One day a week watering, odd numbered addresses on Saturday, even numbered addresses on Sunday, nonresidential on Tuesday, and prohibited between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Join us for our Eustis First Friday Street Party from 6 - 9 p.m.!
