DevNW envisions a future when Northwest individuals, families, and neighborhoods have access to financial opportunity, affordable homes, vibrant small businesses, and thriving, healthy communities. We envision a future where access to affordable housing and meaningful pathways to homeownership are fundamental to the well-being of all communities. Our vision is rooted in the belief that neighborhood development must be inclusive and provide the opportunity for a wide range of community services, regardless of an individual or family’s identity. A neighborhood should be a place of belonging for everyone.
