• Vendors may begin set up at 6:30 am
• Each vendor MUST be set up no later than 8:30 am
• All vendor spots are 10 x10
• Vendors MUST supply their own table & a tablecloth for your display
• Vendors MUST supply their own chairs
• All spaces are reserved upon approval of each vendor application and their said products.
• Vendors must NOT tear down prior to 3 pm. Breakdown prior to 3 pm may result in an
additional charge, and non- acceptance to future events.
• All vendors are required to donate a door prize item, which must be wrapped & sealed
• Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted
• No children are allowed to accompany the vendor (unless approved). Otherwise, please make prior arrangements.
