To operate exclusively and independently of the Wayne County Agriculture Society as a non profit exempt from federal income tax under Section 1711.01 of the Ohio revised code, which the Internal Revenue Service has determined to be exempt from federal income tax under Section 501 (C) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
