The 58th Annual Rockport Art Festival runs July 4 from 10 am to 6 pm and July 5 from 10 am to 5 pm at the Rockport Festival Grounds on East Laurel. Founded in 1969, the festival draws more than 120 artists and over 10,000 visitors, with proceeds supporting free youth art education.
