The Pine Strawberry Arts and Crafts Guild has run three juried festivals a year since 1980, over Memorial Day, the 4th of July and Labor Day weekends, at the Pine Community Center grounds. A Guild committee reviews photos of each applicant's work and only invites those that meet its handmade quality and originality standards, filling more than 80 indoor and outdoor booths. Shows run 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and 8 am to 4 pm on Sundays, and the nonprofit Mountain Village Foundation runs a pancake breakfast each morning.
