NYS Maple Producers Association - Enjoy Maple Weekend in New York, March 16-24 Visit a NYS maple producer farm for a delicious, fun-filled outing that has a little something for all maple-lovers to taste and experience. Maple Weekend is a chance for the public to come to the farm to learn about New York’s maple sugarmaking processes and traditions and to provide a chance to taste pure maple syrup in its many forms – right from the source. This event is organized and sponsored by the New York State Maple Producers’ Association. We are proudly funded by both our members and the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets. March 13-14 & March 20-21, 2027. 10am to 4pm – exceptions noted by individual farms. Tours and product samples are offered at most sites free of charge (museums are the exception).
