You may only sell items at the market for which you have received approval. Once the application is complete attach it to the Apply Now section add your Name, phone number, and Email address and select Submit Application. You may also print and mail the application to the address listed on the form. Save the application and e-mail it to madcountyfarmersmarket@gmail.com.
