In 2021, we begin our evolution away from plastic. Our first step on this more “earth friendly” journey was to stop handing out single use “t-shirt” bags. We began encouraging patrons to bring their own shopping bags to The Square. This season you will see more paper and compostable materials around the market. Our philosophy is that if it is not compostable or the City of Cincinnati won’t recycle it, it has no place in our market.
