Now in its 16th year, the East Falls Farmers Market operates at the East Falls Development Corporation's Twin Bridges Parking Lot on Midvale Avenue in Philadelphia. It grew out of EFDC partnerships with nonprofits to bring fresh food to the neighborhood and is run today by a group of volunteers.
