Bloomfield Little Italy Days, celebrating the neighborhood's Italian heritage in Pittsburgh, runs four days each August, opening Thursday, August 13 at 6 pm. Started in 2002 and produced since 2012 by local musician and Big Day Entertainment owner Sal Richetti, the festival moved from September to August in 2013 to take advantage of longer daylight and milder weather.
