ARToberFEST is a juried fine arts festival in Galveston's Downtown Cultural Arts District on Postoffice Street, running Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Presented by the historic Grand 1894 Opera House since 2013, the festival dates back to 1997 and now marks twenty six years of supporting local artists, with proceeds benefiting The Grand's education and community programs.
