This is a two day event alongside the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers! Friday the event is from 5pm - 9pm and Saturday 11am-4pm!
The City of Lake City and MUSE will hold an evening Market in downtown Lake City.
The event will be Friday, October 16th from 5:00pm-8:30pm in Veterans Park-124 NW Veterans Street, Lake City, Fl . Most downtown shops will be open for this event. The event will have crafts, food trucks, shopping, live music, and fun. Vendor set up may begin at 4:00pm.
You are responsible for your own set up, clean up, and trash removal. We do not provide anything for your booth other than the physical ground. Tents are recommended. The sizes of the booth area is 10 X 10. Tents cannot be staked in the ground. Sand bags are recommended. You are responsible for setting up and operating your booth during the event. Please do not leave your booth unattended; we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen objects. No electricity is provided. Vendors must park in the designated area (Police Department Gravel Lot) In case of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled. Please be prepared for wind. Please make sure you use sand bags to keep the tent from flying away. The event is for all artisans. Please make sure your products are in good taste, no vulgar pictures, or profanity.
The City of Lake City does not provide liability insurance for the protection of vendors, spectators, merchants, or others involved in similar activities who participate in the event. Prior to submitting an application for review, please read the entire vendor application and then decide if your product might qualify and if you meet and adhere to the rules of the market. Obtaining the proper licenses or permits and obeying all Federal, Local, and State codes is the sole responsibility of the vendor, including any regulations of the Florida Department of Agriculture or other regulatory agencies. Please familiarize yourself with the cottage Food Law. It is your responsibility to label products and follow the Cottage Food Law Guidelines.
Food Vendors must be properly licensed with the State of Florida. Food Trucks must provide the City with their certificate of Liability Insurance with the City of Lake City listed as the additional insured. Sales tax where required by state, is the responsibility of the seller. Please no smoking in the park. We are thankful and excited you will be joining us for this Community Event.

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF), a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival, will be held at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206, on October 17th and 18th from 12pm to 5pm each day.CCAF features a street chalk art competition for ages 12-17 and 18+. Festival goers will watch and cheer on artist competitors as they create a street chalk art gallery. Attendees can participate in various art-focused activities, including our community chalk art zone, listen to live local music offerings, including an All Ages Open Mic, and patronize curated arts, crafts, retail, food, and beverage vendors.
