The 53rd Annual Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival runs July 1 through 4, 2027, at Twin Lakes Park in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, with hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The free festival spans more than eight acres with visual and performing arts, traditional crafts, cultural heritage activities and ethnic food, and has been ranked among Sunshine Artist Magazine's 100 Best Classic and Contemporary Craft Shows.
