Each October, amid a backdrop of brilliant Missouri fall colors, Hermann hosts Oktoberfest, a celebration of the town’s German heritage, the autumn season, good food, wine, beer, and music. The Tapping of the Keg occurs on the first Friday of October at Tin Mill Brewery as Hermann’s Mayor officially gets the Oktoberfest celebrations underway!
