The Ventura Art & Chalk Festival returns to Ventura Harbor Village for a colorful weekend of live chalk art, local artists, shopping, music and family-friendly activities along the waterfront. Explore the full festival stretching from Andria’s Seafood to Island Packers, where more than 30 chalk artists and 50 art and artisan vendors will line the harbor. Take a leisurely waterfront stroll, watch large-scale chalk murals come to life, meet the artists and discover something new around every corner. See artists sketch, blend and layer colorful chalk as they transform the pavement into elaborate works of art throughout the weekend. The 2026 festival features a variety of styles, including artist duos and 3D chalk artists.
